For custom development projects, ownership of deliverables will be specified in the individual service agreement or statement of work. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed solutions, while Beyond IT Solutions retains rights to any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, or methodologies used in the project.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services by any third party

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyond IT Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
